Dishonest store and poor customer service I called the store because I was interested in buying a sofa that they had put up for sale, and at a promotional price. The salesperson started checking how we would solve the logistics and how the pickup would go, which gave the impression that the sofa was still available and available. But after a while the salesperson called and I suddenly received a message that the sofa had already been sold. It feels very disrespectful to first put an item up for sale and then, when you know that the customer is seriously interested, announce that it is no longer available. It creates a feeling of poor communication and lack of respect for the customer's time. I am very disappointed with how this was handled and unfortunately cannot recommend the store based on this experience.
