Naser är superproffsig, informerar om allt han gör på förhand och går igenom noga allt man vill. Jättetrevlig också! Varit där flera gånger, alltid superservice till vettiga priser!
Tyvärr besviken, en säkring/brytare vid kopplingen på min Cayman hade gått sönder och skapade startproblem. Åkte förbi för att få hjälp, allt som gjordes var att läsa av felkoder och då dom inte kunde se något på datorn felsökte man inte …
Unfortunately disappointed, a fuse/switch at the clutch on my Cayman had broken and created starting problems. Went by to get help, all that was done was to read the fault codes and since they couldn't see anything on the computer they didn't troubleshoot further manually but just said "no idea" and then had the nerve to ask for over 2,000 SEK for this. A local workshop then did the troubleshooting first by reading the codes and then looking and finding the fault manually for me, this cost them less than 500 SEK. Pointed this out afterwards for K3 without any attention or interest. Gave them another try later and asked for a quote for retrofitting the original cruise control. They said this would cost over 15,000 SEK. I had this fitted by Porsche Östermalm for 7,000 SEK including VAT and labour. Again I pointed this out to PC Haninge that it sounded very expensive before I accepted PC Östermalm's offer to give them a chance to correct it. Again no listening or interest in my opinion. So on the two occasions I have tried to get help from them it has come across as quite uncommitted and extremely overpriced unfortunately.
