The one who pickedup my phone was not friendly/rude. Tried to call to ask details of one service with nicely friendly politely voice as potential customer who wants to book appointment, but the woman who answered my call hang up before I finished the question though she said she understood english, I thought maybe it was disconnected accidentally but after trying to call back for few times, no answer at all and this 10 am in the morning on Friday. Then after no luck, she picked up my phone, once she heard my voice when I said Hi again, she hang up. Very bad customer service experience. Very bad for first impression. Not recommended.
