Called Thomas about the main fuse that trips in connection with the boiler, but Thomas was booked for 2 weeks, so I had to call again. But Thomas called back after a while and had then thought about the matter and said that he had a similar boiler and that there is a reserve mode I could test, partly as troubleshooting (the boiler runs on a reserve cartridge - not compressor / large electric heater in reserve mode), partly to possibly be able to get some heat now that the cold is starting to come. Incredibly generous to feedback / give tips about this even though he is not going to do any work with us (got another company that could in 2 days).
