It's the worst agency I've ever dealt with. They take a fee directly from the down payment before the deal is even done. They lie and say that things are done (lost mortgage deed). That it won't affect us. Now we're here, a monthly cost of 3500kr plus that we have to bear for at least 6 months. The broker says it should be resolved some day after we sign the papers. Now she doesn't answer the phone when we call and is completely nonchalant. The worst company and broker I've ever been with! Beware!!!!!! I haven't been with money-hungry idiots!!
