Got an appointment. A five-week wait, no surprises. I explained in detail about my vision problem and strength. Explained clearly that I want an optician on site. The day has come, shows up and the optician is there via teams and the optician assistant is unsure of her job so we can't complete the examination, but the optician on teams says it would probably be better if she was on site. I question the whole thing why the optician is not on site as we discussed on the phone, get the excuse that neither of them kept the conversation. Now I have been given a new appointment with a 7-week wait. That you can't shorten that time for customer care and that you treated the customer incorrectly? First and last visit. If you average between 1 and a maximum of 3 in grades, isn't it time to start listening/respecting the customer?
Otroligt fin bana, tyvärr tog det väldigt lång tid att få vår lunch så vi var tvungna att skjuta fram vår starttid trots att vi tog dagens.
