Extremely poor communication every step of the way. When you call, they say to write them instead and that they will respond to your emails, and then they do not respond. At no point did they follow through in arranging any suitable time for the various services (box drop-off & pick-up, cleaning services). Even on the day of the move they were late to both pick up my things and then to arrive to my new apartment with my things, I was waiting in my empty apartment and who knows what they were doing, they told me they would be there in "10 minutes" (it was a 10 minutes drive) and then I waited closer to an hour. There were many times I had to leave work urgently to sort out things because of their inability to plan anything (e.g., one day they just called me to tell me they are dropping off boxes, despite my many ignored emails to set up a date/time). They never even picked up the boxes after my move, I just had to eventually recycle them myself despite that I don't have a car (and why I booked their services in the first place). I recommend them to anyone who feels they need more stress in their life. Wish I booked a different company.
