It is more or less impossible to get an appointment here. I have now been in line for a doctor's appointment for 5 months in one of my cases. I also have long-term problems with fatigue, numbness, etc. that I am not getting help with, but they refer to me seeing a doctor 6 months ago even though the problems have not improved - a doctor's visit that was about a number of different things and not just fatigue. They do not want to do their job and say straight away when they see the medications and diagnoses I have that all my physical problems are due to mental illness. They promise me feedback time and time again which is never given, in the end my psychiatrist needed to contact me with a questionnaire a couple of months ago and despite this the health centre does not contact me. There are several doctors here who are unfortunately unpleasant and incredibly uninterested in listening to the patient. However, I have better experiences with those at VC City who are not doctors, i.e. social workers and the like, who are actually interested in the well-being of the patients and want to help their patients.

Jag har haft kontakt med flera optiker i butiken samt butikschefen, jag har besökt butiken vid 2 tillfällen. Jag har av alla jag pratat med fått ett väldigt fint bemötande, bra hjälp och bra rådgivning. I dagsläget har jag inte gjort något köp i butiken, jag hoppas kunna göra det längre fram.
Jag gjorde en dermal anchor för över 10 år hos ANT, som först nu börjar migrera. Jag har gjort flera piercingar här även om det var några år sedan senaste, och jag har alltid fått bra och professionellt bemötande.

I have had contact with several opticians in the store as well as the store manager, I have visited the store on 2 occasions. Unfortunately, I have been treated very poorly when I sought treatment for a physical illness, as I also happen to have bipolar disorder. I had to fight to get an appointment, and finally I got an emergency appointment when I could barely walk 300 meters. Once there, the doctor was reluctant to take blood tests because he was absolutely certain that my fatigue was due to bipolar disorder no matter what I said, but the doctor said he could take tests to "show me that nothing was wrong". When the test results came in, they were so bad that I was asked to take another test because they thought something had gone wrong during the test. The next test results showed the same thing. I had to start treatment for very advanced thyroid disease. I have been treated incorrectly. When I have pointed out that my values are still bad and that the medication needs to be increased, I have been treated by several doctors with an attitude that I must be imagining myself/being tired because of a mental illness, and no one has wanted to listen to me. I finally changed to a specialist for my thyroid disease who concluded that the health center had acted incorrectly, that they had acted against the health care system's own guidelines for treating thyroid disease, and that I needed to increase my medication several strengths.
