I left here crying. I went here because of the good reviews so I really don't understand why I was treated so rudely. I've had problems with my skin for 13 years, imagine going to someone with your biggest complex and getting such rude treatment (what I'm writing now is a fraction of the rudeness I experienced). I had to say once that "I'm not mad or angry, you know, because I feel that you have a very rude tone towards me" because it felt like I as a CUSTOMER did something wrong? I was completely shocked by the bad treatment, and the ignorance? That they didn't understand a OVERALL even though you asked the same question in different ways, SEVERAL TIMES. Absolutely that we don't "click" as people or anything, but talking nicely is actually just the bare minimum. I, who work with clients daily, felt like I was a salesperson who needed to calm my client down, as I needed to speak calmly and quietly with very clear questions so that I was understood. As soon as I stepped outside the door I started crying and decided to never go there again. I just felt that here I showed my greatest insecurity, only got a lot of crap in return and no answers to my questions even though I was open to buying everything they recommended. They ONLY cared about selling things, but had no knowledge of why. Ugh I wish I NEVER showed my face to this studio.

Professionellt bemötande där man kände sig trygg och lugn. Väldigt lyhörd för det man beskriver och ser hela personen och inte enbart smärtan/problemet. Förklarar på ett sätt så man lätt förstår och inte alls dömande, vilket är något jag tyvärr upplevt tidigare hos andra. Rekommenderar!
