I have long quite straight hair, wanted to make something different than usual, therefore I booked “advanced” which also includes consultation and tips from the hair dresser. My booking was at 15:00, Hanna came at 15:14 and invited me to the chair. She asked how much she can cut and stared by taking out all unhealthy bottoms. I explained that I am considering something different this time but my statement was ignored. She made a rounded hair bottom shape ** it was done before and gave me the mirror, I understood that here is not much that I can expect more… including payment time and actual cutting and by being her late I left 15:41. There were no interest in the client except for taking me out of the chair ** fast ** possible. Yes, my hair bottoms are fresher now but I definitely overpaid for “advanced” option with consultation and changed hair style whereas I got 20 min hair bottom cut. Will definitely NOT return and do not recommend.
Man ringer hon svarar inte, man lämnar röstmeddelandet inget återkoppling för en vecka, hon säger du ska få blodresultat hem inom några dagar du väntar i en månad och sedan frågar själv då får du veta att hon har aldrig skickat de till dig osv. Helst inte Karina!!!
