Unreliable Service – Poor Communication and Customer Support We ordered front doors for our new kitchen from Noremax's Berlin store. The customer service from the sales department was very helpful, and the ordering process went smoothly. However, the delivery took two months instead of the six weeks we were initially told. While most of the items look beautiful, and we are happy with the overall look of our new kitchen, a few pieces arrived damaged, and one item was missing. Unfortunately, the packaging was insufficient, with only a single layer of paper protecting the doors, so it wasn’t surprising that some arrived damaged. The real issues began when we tried to file a claim for the damaged doors. It seems the company has significant problems with its claims department. They are slow to respond to emails, and it can take weeks or even months to get a reply. Additionally, the claims department does not have a direct phone number, making it impossible to speak with anyone about the issue. We received one email from the claims department asking for additional photos, but after sending them, we heard nothing further. I called many times, and this process has already dragged on for more than a month. Each time, I could only speak to a salesperson who repeated the same thing: “I will forward your claim to the claims department.” There has been no follow-up, and when I asked if they could give me the phone number for the claims department, I was told they didn’t have one. Even the salesperson expressed frustration with this lack of communication from the claim department. This makes the company seem suspicious and untrustworthy. After paying a five-figure amount, we expected proper customer service, but instead, we are now concerned about whether we will receive what we paid for at all. This means we are living with an incomplete kitchen for months, uncertain of when or if the project will be finished. This is all very disappointing, as our initial experience with the sales department was great. Unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible, and because of this, I cannot recommend buying from Noremax.
