Disastrous communication. Customer care and service-oriented practices are nonexistent. One piece of equipment was faulty and had to be replaced, and despite our agreement, I was then forced to pay the customs fees. They were unable to pay the invoice I forwarded to them, and they never refunded me. I will certainly not be working with Pilates Scandinavia again.
