Bad treatment, bad service. We have shopped at Elon Avesta often before to benefit a small local shop and it has been good so far, but our latest purchase which was a fridge and freezer was a nightmare scenario. First the long delivery, then when it finally landed and got a date for home delivery and installation of the goods, Elon could not say the exact time for delivery. You had to stay home and wait all day. The goods did not arrive until 3 pm and when we called then we got an answer that the driver called us and that we did not answer which was a lie. Then Elon wanted us to wait the next day too but we did not agree to that. Then we got an answer that they would investigate the matter and call back but they did not call. After 1/2 hour we called again and then the owner answered and asked me to investigate the matter again and call us in a while. After half an hour of waiting again they did not call and then we decided to go to Elon and place an order. The owner did it without asking a single question. Then I asked why they didn't call and give us an explanation at least. They chose the owner to blame us again and claim that the driver had called us. Disrespectful behavior from Elon. You could have at least apologized. Will never buy from you again.
