Great staff, I took my husband to emergency room for infected wound. Fast and thorough care from great, friendly doctors and nurses. There is one godawful woman (not a nurse or a doctor, i think some type of assistant), who really shouldn’t have a job in healthcare. A truly terrible person with no patience or empathy. Initially told us to ‘just get out’ because my husband’s phobia of needles was too inconvenient for her - even though it wasn’t even her that was going to take the blood!! The nurse that came in after her was lovely, and had no issues taking my husband’s blood with a little bit of patience, it took her less than 5 minutes. I hope that awful woman finds a job where she doesn’t need to interact with people. At the end of our visit my husband needed a splint for his finger, ordered by the doctor, and she even told us it’s not necessary and the doctor is wrong 😂 Even though the rest of the experience in this hospital was top notch, we wouldn’t go here again unless that woman is gone.
