WARNING… I don’t know where to start… Was going to leave our dog with Ingalill for 8 days. It didn’t start well when we arrived earlier than agreed because we were unsure of how long it would take for us to drive, we were given a whole explanation about times and such. We also didn’t get to see where our dog would live. It felt so bad to leave. When we then came to pick him up we were scolded for driving too fast (which we absolutely didn’t do) When we picked up the dog he smelled like a disaster, he really stank but that wasn’t the worst. He was so thirsty so thirsty, I’ve never experienced anything like that. He drank the whole first day. So sorry for him. After a few hours we also notice that he’s limping. And after a few more hours he’s sneezing and gasping for breath. Then my husband calls and tells me all about this. At first she doesn’t even know who our dog Frans is because she’s had so many dogs lately. Then she vaguely remembers. Ingalill says that the dog is thirsty because he might not have liked the water in her municipality 😳, hence the fact that he is thirsty. And that he is limping is because he probably has arthritis 😳. (He doesn't have it) And that he is snoring and sneezing and gasping for breath, we didn't get an answer because then suddenly she had poor coverage. When we asked about her insurance while the dog is with her, she became downright rude and angry and no coverage... My husband then said that she could call when she had coverage. We still haven't heard anything. If she had been serious, the least she should have done is call us and ask how our dog is doing. I WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY DOG THERE AGAIN. P.s Ingalill if you read this, our dog is doing okay again

Fick hjälp att rätta till färgen efter hemsk upplevelse på en annan salong. Blev så himlans bra och är så jättenöjd! Super härligt bemötande och kändes tryggt och professionellt! Tack igen!
