I never usually write reviews but felt it was needed here. We handed in our car on June 26th where they agreed to do a quick scan of the car in 1 hour. It would be done within a week. After three weeks had passed and no one had contacted us, we called and they said they would sort it out in the coming weeks. After three weeks we called again and so we kept going. Finally, loose price information came when we called and they didn't really have a handle on what we had agreed on and what they were going to do. So we kept on for a number of weeks about promises that they would look over the car the coming week, which they never did. We then asked to receive an email with the price and work. They were supposed to send them the same day. After two weeks we called again to ask how things were going and where the email went and got back that it would take them 30-40 minutes to go to the computer, write an email and send it to us, even when we offered to pay for that time they didn't want to do it. Instead they forbade us from calling. Even though our car was still there and nothing had been done for two months. In mid-November we decided to pick up the car because we needed it. At that time, nothing had been done at all. When we picked up the car, the battery was also discharged so we had to fix it at the next garage. The same day we dropped the car off at another garage who looked over the car and fixed everything in 2 days. I also see that more people have had similar experiences as us. It feels sad because we initially got a good impression.
