I shampooed my car and wanted to rinse it with water. Water was functioning so I called the help line number from OKQ8. Instead of helping me they hung up the phone and explained to me that we can’t do anything as we sit 20 km away from there. I couldn’t believe what shitty service this was. Instead of putting a board that it’s out order they make customers pay and get nothing in return. Very unprofessional und bad customer service. Will never go there again! My 120 sek gone!
