I booked in with Vasiliki for a gel pedicure & instead I got Alva. I was not notified that I would have someone else & Alva did not even introduce herself or explain the reason why I was having Alva for a pedicure instead of who I chose from the beginning a month ago when making the appointment. Moving on to the pedicure I go to Scratch because the standard is high and I’ve always been happy in the past ** the girls are highly skilled but I am sorry last nights experience was really disappointing ** I did not receive nice nails. First Sofia had to go in and correct it then 90 mins later Vasiliki came to correct it. She removed the two worst toes nails but I would have preferred her to remove all and start from the beginning but we had no time ** they close at 20:00.
