I was recently treated in a very unprofessional manner by a person who claims to work for the company, even though I had no previous contact or ongoing dialogue with him. I was in a discussion with another person when he suddenly stepped in and started making personal attacks on me. In the communication I was called a “puppy”, “parasite” and “dirt”, which I find both offensive and completely unacceptable. That type of language and behavior does not reflect the level of respect and professionalism one expects from a company. I think it is important for companies to take responsibility for how their employees express themselves publicly, especially when they can be connected to the business.
