An elderly lady has on several occasions shown unacceptable behavior towards me and other customers. This is not the first time this has happened and unfortunately it seems to continue without action. I believe she should not be allowed to remain in the store considering how she treats the customers. It is very bad and unprofessional, and many therefore choose not to enter the store anymore. This behavior does not belong in the customer service industry!!
