I ordered a car battery over 1.5 weeks ago. I fully understand that there have been many red days, but despite this, the handling has been under all criticism. I have contacted customer service about ten times and each time received cold, unclear and sometimes contradictory answers about when the battery would be delivered. On several occasions I was told that it would take three days. Most recently today I called customer service again and was then told that the battery had arrived at the store. I asked several times if the person was really sure that the item was in place and even asked him to call the store to double check. With an arrogant, self-confident and unpleasant attitude, he assured me that the battery was there. After work I therefore went to the store to pick up my order - only to find out that the battery had not arrived at all. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. Never again Thansen. Absolutely not recommended. Just want to clarify that the people in the store were so understanding and helpful. Most importantly, they understood me! It seems to be a communication problem between the customer, the store and customer service by phone. Terrible!
Worst pharmacy with lousy staff who are not helpful. Gives me the wrong person's tubes for samples. Generally messy. Sad that you can't be understood by the staff who hardly listen. You are among the worse ones who hardly deserve 1 star
