I found the treatment from the operator I spoke to today [E.a] to be very inadequate. I have very little contact with healthcare and after the call I felt both diminished and questioned, without understanding what I had done to justify this treatment. As a patient and customer, I expect respectful and professional treatment. This contact was a very negative experience and did not live up to reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique, as I have heard similar descriptions of the treatment from several others.
