I would recommend Service Finder to other customer but I would never recommend Mälardalens Ventilation & Allservice AB to anyone. They were the first company that we signed a contract with at Service Finder and we regret it deeply. It has costed us both time and money. The company cancelled abruptly during the second week that the project was supposed to start.

I have been in contact with Offerta since late March 2024. Initially, I spoke with Nenad Veselinovic who had to cancel our first meeting due to transportation issues. Thankfully, he notified us as we were leaving our home otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. Somehow, I was transferred to work with a different representative, Daniel Johansson. Daniel was very pleasant, communicative, and efficient. However, I don’t think he could empathize with the fact that my company is only 2 months old with limited capital. Therefore, we seriously needed a contract that would allow us to familiarize ourselves with Offerta’s services while also being affordable. I expressed to Daniel many times that I did not want to sign a year long contract that I could not guarantee would be paid on time every month for 12 consecutive months. Today, is May 10th and though I have asked for clarity for over 6 weeks, I recently discovered that the entire time I was not receiving the full truth. I asked Daniel several times for our options in regards to using Offerta’s services. Daniel reiterated SEVERAL TIMES that he could not adjust our contract and that there was absolutely no alternative options. The only options were to sign a contract for 55+ credits/year. After several days of emailing, calling, and texting Daniel without receiving a response (I found out later that he was away sick). I spoke with him again today and we were still unable to find a solution, so I told him that I would consult with my business partner and get back to him. Thankfully something told me to visit the website to see if I could find more information about contracts. On the website I discovered that Offerta has a “Pay As You Go Option”. Once I saw this I called Daniel immediately and his response was “I didn’t tell you about the “Pay As You Go Option” because I would not recommend it”. I personally felt that this was shameful. Daniel witnessed me go back and forth with him and my business partner for weeks. I wasted so much time calling him and answering his phone calls just to be kept from very important information. When a customer ask you to explain ALL OF THEIR options. Please share ALL options. If there is something about the option that you would not recommend then explain why and DO NOT WITHHOLD INFORMATION. My company wanted to sign a contract but now all trust is broken. We will have to go with the “Pay As You Go” option instead so that we can test out the services and maybe move to a contract later once we have repaired our relationship with Offerta. I want to reiterate that Daniel was extremely nice, efficient, and communicative until our final conversation. Our final conversation was extremely upsetting for me, however, Daniel seems to be a great worker who made an error.
