I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I took my son for a haircut and clearly showed a reference picture of the haircut we wanted. After the haircut I said the sides needed more fade, but the hairdresser refused to listen and just went straight to the checkout without even trying to fix it. What made matters worse was that something similar happened to my wife on her last visit. She was not happy with her haircut, but they refused to make any changes. It felt like they forced us to accept what they did, regardless of what we thought. This type of careless and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. We pay for a service and expect to be listened to, not ignored. Very poor customer service. We will definitely not be back, and I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
