Rekommenderar inte denna mödravårdcentral!!! Under mitt inskrivningsmöte så nämnde jag att jag kommer att göra ett NIPT test hos en privat klinik och då har barnmorskan Hanna skrivit in det i min journal …
Do not recommend this maternity center!!! During my registration meeting, I mentioned that I will have an NIPT test at a private clinic and then the midwife Hanna has written it in my record and has not booked me for an early ultrasound at Östra Hospital. I have rescheduled this NIPT test several times because I have been unsure whether I really want to do it. Afterwards, I am told that I have every right to have this ultrasound in order to have all the information entered in my record and I call in to find out why it has not been booked and that I want it to be booked (talking to Lisa at the time) and she says that she will get back with an answer. 5 hours later I call back because no one has heard from me but then the midwife Fariba says that I do not have the right to an early ultrasound because I had an NIPT test yesterday. She says that it is routine for them to deny early ultrasound if you are going to do an NIPT test and therefore nothing has been booked. I then call the private clinic that did my NIPT test and ask and they say that Fariba is wrong and that I am entitled to an early ultrasound at Östra. Then I call Östra and they say the same thing. Then Fariba calls me back after her extremely condescending call that left me stressed and worried that I won't get an early ultrasound and acts like she has done me a big favor by calling Östra and booking an early ultrasound even though she said there are no appointments left and that I am not entitled to one and that they can deny me because it is their routine. Then she also said that they can take it for granted that examination of organs is done during NIPT and therefore I am denied (because they believe something and don't know 100%!!) IS THIS REALLY HOW YOU WANT YOUR PREGNANT PATIENTS TO FEEL WHEN THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH YOU??! For over 5 hours I have been struggling to get through an ultrasound that I am ENTITLED to! Damn it! Don't sign up here!!!
