Ordered a watch on their website, when I ordered it it said the watch was in stock. 2 business days go by but I haven't received confirmation that they have shipped the watch. I email them and ask when they will ship the watch, I get a reply that they have had delays due to inventory but that my order was ready and would be shipped the next day. The day goes by but I don't get anything from them, I email them again and ask. I get a reply that the watch was suddenly not even in stock to begin with and I have to wait 5-10 business days before they ship the watch. I understand that there can be errors in the stock status, but it is very bad of them to say that my order is ready and that they will ship it the next day when they know that the order is not actually ready.
