After 20 years of being a loyal customer i will never spend my money thier again and will be sure to pass on my experience to there. My wife was taking our 4 year old shopping for Halloween and she had recently given birth so she was with our newborn baby she was feeling tired so she sat down ar the bench that is provided. Then a man 40+ behind the kassa screams at her to move as she is disturbing other customers, it was a very humiliating experience and if I was there it would have been another matter. Shame on him super disappointed with butteries for allowing this behaviour, so I will order from amazon and skip the trouble, They even sent over a small guard to guard the bench so no one sits there.

En av deras lastbilar var på E20 idag kl 17.00 28.7.23 från Södertälje och jag har aldrig sett så vårdslös körning.. hög hastighet och svängande över körfälten, plus titta på mobiltelefon..helt oansvarigt och farligt

Enough is enough I will now be taking my family business to the other pharmacy in Globen, I have been very patient with various staff members who have real issues with customer service and remember that a happy customer is the goal of what they do. Also been very patient with a particular member of staff who takes a very long time to dispense medication I stand by being thorough is important but not at the expense of the customer. Today I was treated by a female employee called Botal, we were several people waiting for our prescriptions but she thought it was more important to talk to a trainee about sunscreen, I was greeted by a rude and short comment then I was questioned in front of my 10 year old son who has an embarrassing illness about the medication and then about our family suitation.. I just wished the earth would swallow us up it was awful, she was simply a person who should never work with customers. I put up with a lot but now my hard earned money will go elsewhere. Very short sighted management losing long term customers.

Vesna, on tools, my god this girl gets customer service, speed and attitude 😀 what she lacks in powertool information she make up with making sure you are only 100% nöjd when you get what you need ...3. Kiki i think it is her name, a lively middle aged blond swedish women who works in the middle section but my god she will always great you with a smile no matter how many impatient customers she has looming around, i love her helpfulness and positive attitude.. a true ray of sunshine 3. Last but never least Matteus the polish/swedish company guy who looks after the paint section ...this guy will break his back to make sure bauhaus give the best possible product to your requirements, we use a lot of paint and he will always advise the best products at the best prices sometimes its not the cheapest in comparison too jula or rusta ...but service is worth so much more than 50kr per litre at cheaper than the guy next door.. Sometime he looks tired and worn out but never ever will say tyvärr kan inte hjälpa dig... a real asset to bauhaus länna i hope the management respect and value thier key staff ..Simon Hypersports Sweden

I have bought several apartments in Stockholm and always been impresed impresed by the agents..untill we were met by Rebecca from BOSTHLM . First we went to a private booked showing owing to corona and when we turned up it was jam packed full of people 60+ very unresponsible and very greed driven of her, when contacting her later with questions i was met with a very nochlant nochlant and arrogant replys. And the i was temoved from the budgiving list which i was ok with as there was no control over who was making offers. I hope her ansvarig manager or owner reads this.
Totalt bluffföretag, de tog 15 000 dollar bara för att de fyllde i en ansökan till Migrationsverket och vägrade sedan att göra någonting, UNDVIKA till varje pris.
Så nöjd med Lady Fade, så hjälpsam och professionell och verkligen fantastiska resultat. Tre gånger till så är jag klar.
