Complete disaster This is by far the worst deal I have ever made as a consumer. I would like to make a reservation that Ulrik will respond to this comment and do everything in his power to distort and mitigate the circumstances with various arguments. I ordered a holiday home that was to be delivered within 12-14 weeks. The delivery time was, with only reasons created by the House Team, 27 weeks. Ulrik promised to send pictures of the construction throughout the entire construction process. These pictures did not appear, with the exception of two occasions. Despite repeated reminders from me that I wanted pictures to see that everything was in accordance with the order. When it was time for delivery, the same person lied about the planned delivery date, and when these then failed because the house was not fully manufactured, excuses were made such as that all available trailers had broken down. On the day of delivery, the transport company destroyed one long side of the facade by driving into a central railing. The house team did not notify the crane company that was supposed to lift the house into place that it had been delayed, which resulted in the crane company having to wait at the address for 7 hours and 20 minutes. Once on site, the drivers demand extra money via Swish to continue the transport to the address. Once the house is in place, there are so many faults with the house that it is rejected by the inspector. In addition to the faults, the house is manufactured incorrectly based on the choice of materials and they are forced to replace all the floors in the entire house, among other things. They also have to tear out the entire facade panel and replace it. The interior doors have been painted by hand with a brush, the air heat pump does not work (the copper pipes have been bent by hand without tools so that they have cracked and all the gas has leaked out). The house has been promised professional lighting. All fixtures, spotlights, pipe connections for water supply, electrical equipment, etc. are all marked with Biltema, Jula and Rusta. The logos have been crossed out with a spirit pen on all parts. Now, 8 months after delivery, the House Team is trying to make me pay for the extra costs that arose as a result of their lack of planning on the day of delivery and the extra hourly charge the crane company correctly charged due to the waiting times. Also be warned that Ulrik and Diana also want to try to create the illusion that they are several people working in the company, but in reality it is only them under various invented email aliases. Whatever you do, do not hire this company. There are plenty of alternatives that deliver houses from the same factories but are not run in this frivolous way.
