I've dealt with them twice in my life and both times ended with me finishing the course The first time when I was in high school their program locked up and me and my mentor tried to get hold of them for six months without them being able to solve it, for me the answer was that they couldn't do anything. I can add that my mentor already hated them because it was always a hassle with them The second time was to study up on a subject I missed after high school. It was an assignment that I didn't understand the description of and wanted clarification on, their answer was that "maybe I should try reading the instructions better", after that I realized that you shouldn't have anything to do with them
