Fazil provided support and advice that resolved my heat pump issue, without having any other interest but helping other person. After several weeks of extremely cold weather, our heat pump stopped working due to external unit being completely frozen. I’ve tried to contact several service providers, but none of them could come on a short notice, including Fazil. However, he provided very detailed advice on how to resolve problem myself and it worked.
