They need to be more understanding of their guests individual situations and needs. I needed a car drop to the bus station (7 minutes from car) as I left because I had a 25 kg suitcase, but the owner said I should’ve “informed him earlier” and simply declined. So I had to walk all the way through. I paid 75 SEK for breakfast, so I would naturally expect THEM to cook me breakfast, and the man just assumed that leaving groceries in the fridge was enough. I didn’t get time to ask him to cook breakfast cuz I ended up doing it myself. But then I asked for a refund for the breakfast but he said no, which is still understandable. The lady is much more friendly and more empathetic and told me that the groceries in the refrigerator were free lol. Expect miscommunication with them if you don’t speak Swedish.
