Hired a company that in turn hired Farhults VVS as a subcontractor for my complete renovation of a bathroom. The craftsman Jonas (also the owner's son-in-law) damaged the tile when he was going to install the shower and went home without even mentioning the damage to me, who was at home when it happened. He also left the shower dripping twice and had to come back to fix it. When the invoice arrived, my main contractor added about 5,000 SEK to the invoice for "extra time and materials" for Farhults VVS without me having ordered or approved any of it. Jonas refuses to talk to me about the matter himself and I am instead contacted by Rickard. Rickard promises time and time again to return, but never does.
