Har ringt och försökt boka tid för både mig och mina barn flera gånger i år men har inte fått komma på besök vilket lett till att vi fått skicka egenremiss till sjukhuset eller besöka akutmottagningen för att någon ska titta på någon av oss. Följer råden på 1177 men ändå vägrar de boka in tid.
I have called and tried to book an appointment for both myself and my children several times this year but have not been able to come to visit which has led to us having to send our own referral to the hospital or visit the emergency room for someone to look at either of us. Following the advice on 1177 but they still refuse to book an appointment.
