Suttit med min son på akuten i 5 timmar då vi kom in med 40 graders feber, ont i kroppen, ont i öronen och sprängande huvudvärk. En sköterska kollar i örat och ”ser något som rinner” säger att en läkare ska komma och kolla, efter 5,5(!!) …
Sat with my son in the emergency room for 5 hours when we came in with a 40 degree fever, body aches, earaches and a pounding headache. A nurse checks his ear and "sees something running" says a doctor will come and check, after 5.5(!!) hours no one has come yet. (3:00-8:30 p.m.) I question and get the answer that it's another several hours of waiting and I ask if we should go and eat because my son hasn't eaten since 12 because he's been feeling bad and get the answer that: yes, the doctor is gone right now. This resulted in us going home and having to seek care elsewhere tomorrow. It's a joke! How can there be ONE person who can decide whether it's an ear infection or not! Crazy. Would give 0 stars if they did.
