Nice and relaxed atmosphere with staff who focus on making the stay the best possible for visitors. It's fun to play golf. Little stress on the course. You can play 18 holes, 2x9 holes with different tees. Short holes, only one par 5, but still challenges with forest, vegetation, walls, some ponds and streams. The course is well maintained. Great fairway. Fast greens. A relatively flat course, but also with moderate elevation changes. As the name suggests, the course is located on an island. You take a short ferry ride. It runs every half hour. It took me about 50 minutes from Frösön Park. The club has about 300 members, is well run and offers golf for cheap money, green fee was 250 kroner.
