I want to share my very negative experience with [MediQ Clinic ], so that others do not have the same experience. After two visits, I received an unexpectedly high invoice – even though no one had informed me of the cost in advance. It feels both frivolous and dishonest to charge for the entire treatment without treatment and without the customer receiving clear information and help. I contacted the clinic for an explanation, but unfortunately I did not receive a satisfactory answer. I feel cheated and very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend [MediQ Clinic ] to anyone else.
