If you have no options, sure, definitely go for Akelius, I could say they're quite foreigner friendly even, cause they at least give you the possibility to get an apartment. But that's where my praise ends. I was warned before getting an apartment from them that they ALWAYS have constructions going on, but I chose to ignore that advice, and boy was I wrong!!! I've been dealing with nearly 3 months of drilling noises now, constantly. I don't understand why they're drilling non stop, and they start from like 7:30! It's outrageous! And couple that with me working from home, it's a recipe for disaster. They didnt even stick to their "promised" dates when the constructions would stop, ofc they didn't. I would rate them lower if I could, cause it's not like the prices are low or anything, quite the opposite. You're definitely not gonna be paying for what you'll be getting, just run, or the constructions will make you run at some point.
