Strange experience when you arrive at 5:50 PM and the door is locked. Pulling the door & a man looks at me, puts on a scarf & coat & ignores the customer who wants to hand in a pair of boots for resoling. No problem if you need to close earlier, but a note on the door works great or the person in question somehow notices the customer & apologizes for this. But not here. I was totally pissed off. Invisible. Felt stupid standing there with my bag of boots and you just turned around. I walked back to the car slowly and thought, "now he'll realize it was a customer" but no. Have been handing in shoes to you for many years. Even had my favorite bag repaired. Imagine how quickly you can ruin your relationship with a customer who was more than happy to recommend you. Liked the nice service, your premises. So that you had to close was a small thing, things like that happen. But being ignored, it felt like. Losing a customer may not be the end of the world for you, but I was actually sad.
