My apologies for writing in English. Ok, so I am not sure what happened here. The booking process was great, they helped us out with date changes, and they even stayed open late so we could pick up our dog after the flight (was delayed). We were grateful for that. That said, when we got our dog back he looked like he had been in a concentration camp (see picture). He could not, literally, have been any thinner. Yes, leaving the dog at a kennel is not pleasant, it is hard on a dog. But as well as having lost all of his weight, he also had lost his voice. Something obviously went wrong. I want to believe that people who run such a business care about dogs, but I cannot see how a dog can get into such a condition if proper care is done. The dog we brought home was skinny to the point of unhealthy, without a voice, and obviously traumatised. No indication was made to us, when we picked him up, that there had been any concern or problem. Obviously, that was not the case. I am sure that excuses can and will be made, but that is not how business works. You do a good job or you lose clients. We expected and hoped for better, that the kennel isn't just a way of making money, but rather, a safe place to keep your dog, and care for it, when we are unable to do so ourselves.
Vänliga människor, snabb service, till bra pris. Och det var drop in. Jag skulle rekommendera dem varmt.

Noll stjärnor. Som någon som har varit hos kiropraktorer och sjukgymnaster i fem olika länder, var den service jag fick här inte i linje med vad jag har kommit att förvänta mig. Efter tre besök kände jag att det hade varit slöseri med min tid och pengar.
