Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Klimatteknik Sydost after I bought a heat pump with installation from them. They invoiced additionally for the installation service afterwards, which in total resulted in significantly higher costs for the heat pump and installation than what was stated in the total price of the quote. A frivolous way of doing business which means that I cannot recommend this company, and I want to warn other customers that it will be more expensive than what they state as the total price. If possible, choose another supplier is my advice to those of you who are considering using the company. ... Approximately 1 year later: The Swedish General Complaints Board has found that Klimatteknik Sydost AB did not act correctly during the sale. The company accepted ARN's decision and paid back the incorrectly invoiced amount.
