Welcome to the 2370 sq m gym and group training at Holmen. Reception opening hours can be found on the website. Search for Friskis Örebro and Opening hours. (Entrance via the automatic lock open as above). Possibility to train on your own from the age of 13, check with reception for more info. Complete gym with free parking Get your breath, lift something heavy, train your mobility and get to know your body in new ways. Curious, beginner or expert, it doesn't matter. Here there is a permissive and inspiring atmosphere, all the equipment you need and professional trainers who can help, encourage and challenge our gym-going. See the pictures for an overview of the premises. Here we also offer a varied range of group training for all days and moods. Leaders give the sessions their own unique touch and personality so that we can find what suits each of us best. At Väster there is an unsupervised children's room for the youngest to be able to play in themselves while we train. For the youngest, it is possible to bring children until 2:00 p.m. The child must always sit/lie in a stroller, babysitter or car seat during training. It is not permitted to pick up the child and let them move around in the gym or training room. Children in the gym or training rooms are otherwise not allowed outside of scheduled sessions. For more information, talk to the reception. Guardians are responsible for the child's safety.
Mycket bra grillplats. Rekommenderas varmt! Barnen kan leka på mjuk mossa i närheten. Fanns även ett litet tak för att hålla veden från Örebro Kommun torr.
