On 6/4 I ordered a slide scanner from this company. Suddenly a tracking info appeared. where it was clear that the shipment "landed" at coop in Mörrum.??? After a number of inquiries to the company, they were supposed to contact Postnord and "arrange" so that the problem would be solved. On 2/5 I was informed that the shipment was at Ica Nyckeln in Hillerstorp. Before that I had received an email from the company that something had gone wrong with Postnord. When I opened the first. there was another address label under "mine" where it was proven that the package was sent to an address in Mörrum. PostNord to all credit but blaming them In this case is not Ok! The package has apparently been returned to Teknikh. and then sent to the right recipient. Whether the item is used is difficult to say, but that the original packaging has been opened is quite clear. Sten-Egon Uremark (Has photo on "wrong" address label)
