Hello customer service. After a visit to Hörby's department store in search of a birthday present for 2 future children, we were more than disappointed. I wonder what you think about the placement of goods. These dirty children's toys are something that is sold in your stores. Some form of cardboard or closure would be nice. Not very fun to have to stand and wash the goods in the store before buying. You don't give any form of discount to the customer either. A suggestion for those of you who are in the office in Stockholm, probably go out to your stores before deciding where the goods are placed. Now these were only dirty but they could just as well be sun-bleached. I shop a lot in the store but these were a great rice experience
