We have ordered the sheets for our hostel and started counting (there were several of us counting). There were several parts missing from what we ordered and what they invoiced. Very bad reception from the manager when we emailed about this. First refused to answer for several weeks (low season) then he replies that it is a lie on our part, their system can't be wrong.... Very sour treatment, we replied that we refuse to pay for what we didn't receive and he replies (now with a month's delay) that they don't agree to that. We then reply that we are terminating them as a supplier and he thought that was okay... How can you not even want to try to keep your customers? Agree with previous posts that it is poor service when you call, no one knows anything. They have also missed several deliveries to us during high season. We have then both called and emailed orders that then did not show up and the same thing there, bad treatment that it must have been us who made the mistake.
