During our latest visit, some of the food was served half-cooked and still frozen. We reported it and it was corrected, which we appreciate. However, this is quite a basic aspect to get right, so it did affect our overall experience. The ambience was great and the place itself is nice, but the service felt a bit less friendly than expected.
