Pathetic procedure, I have to wait in queue for 1 hour to deposit a cheque. Then I have return without deposit for some reason which was never the reason previously. I feel like I am illiterate because they are always right and are doing favour to me by giving their service. They are very cold people and don't have concept of customer service or even having smile on their face. And I feel because I am a brown man, they are extra cautious, May be they have extra caution for color people. Or they arr bunch of incompetent staff, looking busy and doing lousy work and making people wait in queue extending even outside bank premise to give impression about bank branch overload to justify their salary. Unfortunately I have to deal with them now and them. Each time I feel sad, frustrated and hopeless. I get the feeling that their existence is a favour to society. And I don't think they even care about feedback. Just sharing my experience so you know, its not best class banking service that you shall deal with. So you know have patience and perseverance and time to tolerate them if you don't have option. Someone in SwedBank headquarters should look at how this branch is run.
