Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it at all. The broker tried to force us to lower the price of our house (three different brokers had valued the house at the same price) and when we didn't want to, the broker completely lost interest in the assignment. We were not told when viewings would be held, I had to check the times myself in Hemnet. When I then wanted to cancel the agreement, I got a response back that I would have to pay for it. And sure enough, I received a very large invoice for photography and energy declaration. This is not even in the agreement itself, but only in an appendix with tiny text. Our future broker, who we have since changed to, says that it is extremely bad style to invoice for services when you have failed with your brokerage assignment and it is generally known that only companies that are bleeding money do this. And of course it is pathetic that you have to force people to stay as customers even if you are dissatisfied, because they are threatened with large invoices. Unfortunately, I will never sell or buy anything through Croisette, and I don't recommend them to anyone else either.
