Extremely unfriendly and disrespectful! Found an ad on Marktplaats about beautiful-looking doors. We requested and received the measurements. Because we were looking for very specific sizes, we clearly requested them. After this was confirmed, we rented a bus, took time off, and drove for an hour and a half. When we arrived, saw the doors, and immediately realized they weren't the right size. When we pointed this out, the woman (Miriam) said, "Just saw off a piece, I don't see the problem." No apology for the wrong size or understanding of our frustration. When we explained that we had come specifically for this, she said, "Well, what do you think of me?" When we pointed out that there's a difference between someone who comes because it's their job and someone who comes from far away for nothing because they've been misinformed, they laughed sarcastically. We told her we wanted to think about our options and would be back in an hour or so. Miriam replied that she wasn't waiting for us. When we tell her it's the least she can do, she finally reluctantly agrees. She then demonstratively walks away, and as she turns the corner, we hear her cursing loudly at us. We've never been treated so unfriendly and disrespectful in a store, and we strongly advise against this company!
