Unfortunately even if facilities of pool are great, cleaning staff have extreme behaviour towards people with skin colour. (Sorry if one finds skin colour mentioned in specific but it is a review with skin colour discrimination) On morning of Sunday 12th Oct 2025, at 11:00 am, I arrive with my 6year old for her regular class with SO2. there was a cleaning staff at female changing room(white lady with light golden blonde hair, pony tied back) who was suppose to clean floor. As soon as she saw us, she immediately came after us and started cleaning room in the same place where we wanted to change in locker room. There came another white-yellowish lady and cleaning staff started point at us with eyes and saying things which clearly sounded as if she was taking about us in extremely rude tone as if she angry just because we walked into. While cleaning mop she was also trying to the mop very close to my daughters feet as if she is purposely trying to harm her and I asked my daughter to just keep her feet above. Later I saw she said ursäkta to other lady in polite way, she could have said same to my child or me as well and that’s when I got protective towards my little one…!! we observed the white yellowish lady just walked dry in the pool without taking shower, although we went to shower as it was said also in rules for her class and we have been well aware always about pool rules for way to long now. The cleaning lady didn’t say a single word to this white yellowish person who just walked in pool like that, but I didn’t believe it’s her job either at that moment until Later after our shower.. I dried my daughters face wrapped her in towel and started walking towards the class and cleaning lady stopped us in between and started questioning in very loud voice that does she shower and I asked her check her hands and feet they are still wet. But my daughter got very afraid of her as she had made an attempt to come at her with mop and now she was coming on very loudly with intention to scare her. It was very clearly an abusive behaviour against children of brown skin. Since she has class I just calm her down and sent her away in class, and when I came back to confront this lady she wasn’t there anymore. I wanted to complain on the same on reception but it was only one person left on counter with addressing many people. So BEWARE.. I am going to find this lady and confront for sure both staff and reception, and if they refuse do to something about this kind of abusive behaviour, I guess I have to boycott this pool despite of great facilities. Great facilities doesn’t refer to good behaviour and ethics from staff. Child safety (brown skin) is concern here, not by kids but Adults matured staff are problematic.
