I would never recommend anyone to buy roses from here on their online store. I tried to buy an English rose for the first time, which is hard to find elsewhere based on the good reviews they had here. Expensive shipping but I wanted a rose so I bought it anyway. I got a broken pot with a very dry rose but wanted to take a chance. Watered and changed to a larger pot with new rose soil. The rose doesn't even wake up and withers day after day. I tried to contact them because I think this one will die within 1 month. I got an answer that the rose does best in the ground and it's too early to judge. Aha, so it's the customer's fault for not having the opportunity to plant in the ground early in the spring and too early to judge when almost all the branches turn brown or yellow. Should the customer contact them after 1-2 months when the rose dies or not? Their return policy is only valid for 14 days. Too bad buying experience. I've also bought roses abroad but this rose is the worst quality. Don't buy here if you can't see roses in person. For my part, it seems I've thrown money away because they don't want to take responsibility for the quality of their plants, unfortunately.
